Shitake Lime

This Spice is a labor of love, mushrooms soak up and hold massive flavors. It just made since to make a BBQ RUB that show cases the abilities of this wonderful Mushroom. We paired it with a lime so that it would be great for BBQ's on such things as hot dogs, chicken wings, veggies and anything else you want to try it on.
